Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times begin from the ship date, not the order date.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@thisismyera.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
